Fresh To Order Announces Expansion Plans For Carolinas

New "Fast-Fine" Restaurant Franchise Concept Combines Quality of Casual Fine Dining with Fast-Casual Prices

ALPHARETTA, Ga., Aug. 15, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- Fresh To Order (f2o), the innovative Atlanta-based restaurant concept that combines the quality of Casual Fine Dining with the operating platform and price-point of the Fast Casual segment, plans to open at least 25 new restaurants in the Carolinas over the next four years.

To drive development of this new "fast-fine" franchise concept, Fresh To Order is actively seeking franchisees statewide. As part of the search for the right franchisees, Fresh To Order executives are hosting receptions in Charlotte on September 18 and in Raleigh on September 19.

Founded in 2006 by successful Atlanta restaurateur Pierre Panos, Fresh To Order has five restaurants operating in Atlanta, and one in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Two additional franchise locations are scheduled to open this year, including one in Terminal B of the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

"Fresh To Order was founded on the guiding vision of offering incredible food, service and facilities in under 10 minutes for around $10," Panos said. "Fine dining shouldn't leave you broke and that's the Fresh To Order mission -- giving our guests fine dining menu options made with fresh, quality ingredients at fast casual price points."

f2o's menu, inspired by Corporate Chef Jesse Gideon, features flavorful, better-for-you entrees, Panini sandwiches, soups and salads, freshly-prepared and served to the guests' tables in less than 10 minutes.

With North Carolina's rank among "America's Top States for Business," Fresh To Order is committed to growing its concept there. To introduce prospective franchisees and local business and community leaders to f2o, Panos will host two menu-tasting dinners in September in Charlotte and the Raleigh-Durham areas.

"We want potential franchisees to experience first-hand what Fresh To Order is all about – our distinctive, chef-driven menu," Panos said. "We're also excited to share our specific expansion plans for the Carolinas and our successful franchise operating model."

About Fresh To Order

Founded in 2006, Fresh To Order, or f2o, is a pioneer in the "fast fine" dining segment and has already distanced itself from fast-casual concepts by providing a finer dining taste profile and an elevated level of service at a fast casual price point. From the lettuce and vegetables to proteins and sauces, f2o offers a fresher and exciting dining alternative. Every protein is cooked "Fresh To Order" on a flame grill in the open-display kitchen as guests order, and dressings and soups are prepared from scratch twice daily in each restaurant.

Five of f2o's six locations are located in and around metropolitan Atlanta, with the sixth location in Chattanooga, Tenn. Two of the locations are franchised, with two more franchised locations slated to open this year. By 2015, f2o expects to have 50 locations nationwide, with another 50 in its development pipeline.
