Decorating Den Interiors Named an 'Approved Vendor' by Keller Williams Realty

August 29, 2012 // Franchising.com // Easton, Md. - Decorating Den Interiors (www.decoratingden.com) has been selected by Keller Williams Realty to join their nation-wide Approved Vendor program. “This is an exciting opportunity for us to partner with one of the largest real estate companies in the United States. Our designers and decorators can bring to Keller Williams agents a number of services that can help them list and sell homes,” says Joanne North, senior vice president, retail, for North America’s largest home furnishings and interior design franchise company.

North explained that “the Decorating Den Interiors Advantage program we have developed is tailored to provide local Keller Williams agents with customized training and decorating-related services that meet specific needs in their respective markets. Our regional managers and franchise owners will meet with local Keller Williams Elite real estate agencies to determine which of our services will best help them add value for both their selling and buying customers.”

The program includes providing third-party tips to sellers on enhancements for marketing their house and advice to buyers for interior decorating ideas and home furnishings that will make their newly purchased house compatible with their own personal decorating style. Decorating Den Interiors also may offer accessories for staging and decorating gift cards for Keller Williams agents to provide to home buyers.
