The Eco-Friendly Filta Franchise has a New Owner in Ft. Lauderdale
Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions has a new Franchise Owner in Ft Lauderdale. The location formerly owned by Robert Orr is now under the management of new Filta Franchise Owner David Devaldivielso.
Ft. Lauderdale, FL (PRWEB) September 28, 2012 - The Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions mobile franchise has been promoting fryer management internationally ever since its inception in 1996.
The world’s best known fryer management service has long had a strong presence in South Florida and now the Ft. Lauderdale location previously owned by Robert Orr, is now under the management of David Devaldivielso. Mr. Devaldivielso looks to build on the solid foundation already in place and plans to expand Filta’s presence in the region. Clients already included the Seminole Hard Rock Casino, Olive Garden, the Sheraton hotel and other commercial kitchen establishments. The current operation includes multiple vans and the location seeks to hire a few part time technicians.
“I am very excited to get the ball rolling on the territories I acquired and I can’t wait to tap into all of the opportunity that is available!” David stated.
The FiltaFry service, which is Filta’s proprietary cooking oil micro-filtration and vacuum based deep fryer cleaning service, prolongs the useful life of the oil, eliminates the risk to employees associated with fryer upkeep, and provides a superior level of food quality, all while promoting sustainability. As a result of using this service, businesses potentially purchase less cooking oil, save on insurance claims and employees come to work with the peace of mind that they are being provided a safe environment.
Another truly unique service that Filta is introducing to this market is the FiltaBio service, which is essentially waste oil collection and recycling without the traditional collection bin. Once the cooking oil has come to its end life, Filta will collect the used cooking oil, which is also known as yellow grease. Upon its collection, the yellow grease is immediately removed safely from the fryer in most cases with no waste oil drums or containers that typically attract rats and other unwanted issues. From there, the majority of the used cooking oil is sent to be recycled into biodiesel, the safe and environmentally friendly alternative to petrochemical based diesel.
