With Pistor’s direction, Miracle Method broadened its commercial customer base and capitalized on a strategic marketing and a business development program installed in 2011. “Our growth is really a cumulative success story of each and every one of our franchisees. I passed that in the third quarter and now two million dollars in annual sales is very achievable.”
This year’s continuing education workshops focused on new processes and best practices for following up on commercial leads generated by Miracle Method’s national business development program. Over 200 leads from trade shows were distributed to franchisees. “We don’t just hand over a lead,” says Don Dominick, V.P. of Business Development, “we qualify it and assist the franchisee on how to do the work and manage the project. Miracle Method intends to maintain its surface refinishing industry leadership and will continue to stress commercial business development.
