ColorTyme to Hold Annual National Convention in Frisco, Texas

January 22, 2013 // Franchising.com // PLANO, Texas – ColorTyme, Inc., the nation’s first franchisor of independently owned-and-operated rent-to-own stores, will hold their annual National Convention and Vendor Show from Jan. 20 – 22 at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Convention Center in Frisco, Texas.

For two days, franchisees, vendors, ColorTyme corporate employees and guests will take part in a number of entertaining and informative activities, including general session meetings, presentations, breakout sessions and a vendor show. Additionally, for the first time in company history, prospective franchisees will be at the Convention, with 15 in attendance.

“2012 has been a very exciting year for ColorTyme,” said CEO Cathy Skula. “I look forward to the opportunity to celebrate both the individual and collective successes with our franchisees and vendor partners.”

In addition to two days of General Session meetings, which will include executive updates and awards, the 2013 Convention will feature management breakout sessions, a vendor show and evening activities for attendees.

The theme of this year’s Convention is “Launching the Future,” a reference to the fact that ColorTyme’s recent improvements and growth have it poised to enjoy continued future success.

“With the largest attendance that we’ve had in recent history, this is sure to be a very special event,” Skula said. “We even have a few surprises for our group!”
