First previewed at the company’s 2012 national convention, WeichertWorks.net allows Weichert franchise agents to access tools and resources that help them in their business. Weichert’s franchise offices previously had access to the WeichertOne intranet site which is still used by Weichert’s company-owned sales offices.
“Our new intranet site was designed specifically for our franchise offices to help them boost performance to the most productive level possible,” said Martin J. In the simplest use of the system, associates can use WeichertWorks.net to get timely information about and register for company events, receive industry news and updates on office activities, and as a customer relations manager for leads. Additionally, the system can also be used as a central point of access to directories, contacts and calendars.
Beyond the basics, WeichertWorks.net serves as a transaction manager, customized exclusively to the agent’s local market, MLS and individual office requirements, with no need to re-key existing information. Further, the site makes it easy by integrating local MLS data, links to the Weichert Home Protection Plan, the company’s Gold Services providers, online forms and showing services.
WeichertWorks is also a marketing manager that can be used to create flyers and property websites and to send postcards via Weichert iMail. It also contains a full array of training material, including weekly video tips, coaching, online courses through Weichert University and continuing education courses.
In addition to tools for sales associates, WeichertWorks.net also includes a separate host of resources for managers/brokers. Powered and hosted by BackAgent®, it offers a visible path that can be used to promote events and policies and provides a platform for agent discussions. In addition, WeichertWorks is as a source for management tools such as professionally drafted communications, workflows and approved marketing collateral. It can also be used for any-time transaction review and as a collaborating forum.
