The Westin Snowmass Resort Launches New Hot Dates for 2013

Special Offers Now Available For Conferences And Incentive Groups

April 03, 2013 // Franchising.com // Snowmass Village, CO – The new Westin Snowmass Resort and Conference Center is celebrating their grand opening with special offers for meetings, conferences, and incentive trips during Hot Dates throughout spring, summer, and fall 2013.

The resort’s Hot Dates offer includes double Starwood Preferred Planner points; a 2% rebate off qualifying charges on master bill, including meeting facilities, guestrooms, and catering; 25% attrition allowance, and a 1:35 comp ratio. Groups will also receive a complimentary suite (based on availability), two staff rooms at 50% off and complimentary basic wireless high speed Internet in all meeting rooms.

To qualify for this special booking offer group, event, or meeting agreements must be signed by June 30, 2013 with events taking place within the Hot Dates from April 14-June 12, June 24 – July 10, August 11 – December 1, 2013 and is valid for conference bookings of 25 rooms or more.

The Westin Snowmass Conference Center, located adjacent to The Westin Snowmass Resort, offers 18,000 square feet of luxurious state-of-the-art conference space with an additional 7,000 square feet available in multiple venues throughout the hotel complex. Additional conference facilities include an executive boardroom, an 11,000 square foot ballroom that can accommodate up to 1,100 attendees, private lecture auditorium, and beautiful indoor and outdoor function spaces throughout the property.

Located at the base of the Snowmass Ski Area with world famous hiking and biking trails, the new slope-side Westin Snowmass Resort/Wildwood Snowmass complex opened this past November after a $55 million dollar renovation. The Westin Snowmass Resort and Wildwood Snowmass have partnered with PSAV to provide an enhanced wireless network infrastructure for all meeting rooms and guestrooms. This new custom 100 megabyte broadband network will enable the property to allocate dedicated bandwidth and other custom configurations to all areas of the hotel based on demand, ensuring sufficient bandwidth and high speed. With this new network, which will be the largest in the mountains, even the most complex audio/visual programs can be accommodated.
