Jocksale Sporting Gear Consignment Events Announces Four New Franchise Agreements

June 04, 2013 // // Chattanooga, TN - JockSale, the first consignment event franchise for sporting, outdoor and hobby gear, announces four franchise contracts in the following cities: Chattanooga, TN; Matthews, NC; Hartford, CT; Raleigh, NC.

Jocksale Events last 7 to 10 days and occur 2 to 4 times a year in an assigned territory. Consignors drop off their gear and check-in during the first few days of the event. Members of the local community, retailers, organizations looking to raise money, and liquidators bring in items to consign. The actual sale starts several days after gear drop-off times. JockSale events not only have sporting, outdoor, and hobby gear, they also have video games, tools, and so much more!

About JockSale

JockSale started in Chattanooga, TN in 2010. After testing operations and systems through hosting events, they started offering franchises in 2013. "Everybody loves gear, and consignment events are great for the community. Our customers and consignors have shown so much enthusiasm for our business and brand and our successful start has led us to franchising. We work hard, but we are laid back people, so we have fun all while operating the business," stated James Dawson, Director of Jock Support and Training. James further adds, "We look forward to taking this Brand across the country."

JockSale franchises can be started for around $40k and offer four unique business model functions. First, the business can be done part-time. Franchisers can keep their job or own another business. Second, owners do not purchase inventory to sell; consignors bring the inventory to them. Third, there are no employees; only volunteers. Last, there are no long-term leases for the event - locations are only rented for 7 to 10 days. These attributes truly make JockSale an interesting business model. Look for a JockSale event coming to your town. #Jockon
