TapSnap Phototainment takes North America with Nearly 50 Franchises Launched

From the bright lights of New York City and Chicago to the gala parties of Los Angeles, from the heat of Miami to the oil barons of Houston, TapSnap is revolutionizing phototainment at events across the United States and Canada.

TapSnap actively encourages guests to create a social media profile for an event, while the event is taking place. Guests take their picture by tapping their finger on the 42-inch touchscreen. Then they can add digital props like funky sunglasses, horns, cowboy hats and more. They can also write personal messages on the screen.
When they’re done, they can share their photo creations instantly on social networks, with the touch of a fingertip.

The 9th annual Irie Weekend is a star-studded, non-stop weekend of festivities that raises funds for the Irie Foundation, created by DJ Irie, who is the official DJ of the Miami Heat, Carnival Cruise Lines and superstar Jamie Foxx. TapSnap is partnering with Red, the Steakhouse for the Irie Weekend’s Celebrity Golf Tournament on June 28 at Miami Beach Country Club.

Hour Magazine’s Best of Detroit Party on June 21 at the Sound Board in the MotorCity Casino in Detroit. It celebrated the magazine’s annual best of the city awards.
Golf Channel event celebrating the US Open on June 14 and 15 at the dining and entertainment venue, xfinity Live! in Philadelphia, with live coverage of the US Open on every screen, a chance to practice on the putting green, play the US Open field on a simulator, and much more. On Saturday, for the kids, Despicable Me’s Minions were there from the movie, and there was a chance to use TapSnap to create customized Father’s Day cards.
