Red Robin Roots for Seattle Seahawks to Score with Tavern Double Tuesday

America's Gourmet Burger Authority™ Launches Exciting Sports Partnership with Seattle Seahawks to Kick Off Football Season

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. - Aug. 8, 2013 // PRNewswire // - Looking for some football excitement on and off the field? For the first time, Red Robin is launching a sports partnership with the Seattle Seahawks to bring tasty offers to Seahawks fans this football season. To give fans even more reason to cheer on their favorite team, the Gourmet Burger Authority will rewrite the dining playbook and serve up a Tavern Double Tuesday, offering guests a free Red's Tavern Double™ burger and Bottomless Steak Fries™ with the purchase of two beverages and a burger, entree, or entree salad after the Seattle Seahawks activate this special promotion.

Starting with the first preseason game on Aug. 8 and all season long, a Tavern Double Tuesday will be activated every time the Seattle Seahawks score a touchdown from inside the Red Zone (from 20 yards or closer) during a game. The following Tuesday after the Seattle Seahawks activate, guests at participating Red Robin® restaurants in Washington, Oregon and Idaho can enjoy a free* Red's Tavern Double™ burger and Bottomless Steak Fries™ with purchase. Red's Tavern Double includes two fire-grilled classic-sized patties, topped with melted American cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato and Red's Secret Tavern Sauce on a toasted sesame bun. Whether triggered at a home or away game, fans of the Seahawks can celebrate their home team with a visit to their local Northwest Red Robin!

Guests who purchase this limited edition gift card at participating Red Robin restaurants can enter their gift card code online by Nov. 24 for a chance to win Seahawks home game tickets, autographed memorabilia, and other great prizes. Drawings will take place throughout the season, and Red Robin Royalty™ members receive double entry into the sweepstakes for every limited edition gift card purchased and registered.
