Danielle Robertson Celebrates a Decade as CEO of DIAL-AN-ANGEL®

September 16, 2013 // Franchising.com // Danielle Robertson celebrated 10 years as CEO of DIAL-AN-ANGEL on August 25 2013. DIAL-AN-ANGEL has been providing outstanding in home and family services since 1967 and is Australia’s leading home care agency. In her role, Danielle oversees the company’s 9 national offices as well as acting as business development manager.

This fantastic milestone comes alongside Danielle’s 27th anniversary of working with DIAL-AN-ANGEL on 28 August 2013. Danielle took over the leadership role in 2003 with a strong vision for the future. Danielle believes that in order to continue the company’s growth, the team must be strengthened from within. By taking an active role in all operations and recruitment activities throughout the past decade, Danielle has been able to continue working towards her goal of professionalising the company, whilst solidifying its culture.

As a reward for her continued and dedicated service to DIAL-AN-ANGEL, Danielle was awarded the inaugural Phyllis Akins Memorial Award for leadership on her anniversary with the company. This award indicates exceptional commitment to the company and personal achievement.

Throughout her time as CEO, Danielle has been able to expand her skills into a number of areas outside the DIAL-AN-ANGEL brand. She is now one of a handful of people able to act as an expert witness in the Supreme, District & Family Courts on the cost of care for people with gross disabilities. She has also had the chance to make a name for herself as a corporate presenter through becoming CEO. Danielle speaks at events around Australia on a range of topics, with her passion shining through in every presentation.

This passion is reflected in Danielle’s commitment to her family. As the mother of two young adults, she understands all the challenges of being a mother and business professional. For many women, finding the balance between work and family is difficult to achieve without the support of family, friends or outsourcing, and Danielle manages this balance every day! This passion and dedication is what has driven her to a highly successful 10 years at the head of this renowned Australian company.
