Flower’s journey began at Edinburg High School under the direction of Ms. Susan Smith in the Media Technology Department from 1995-1998. Where she was an active VICA (now Skills USA) member becoming a District Officer then State Secretary in 1997, and winning various competitions on the District & State levels, and finally the Natl. Bronze Medal in Job Interview in 1998.

Flower says, "VICA (Skills USA) provided a platform to develop my leadership and social skills during my teenage years. Above all, they gave me the confidence, determination, and strength needed to succeed in whatever I put my mind to in my professional career. I’ve used what I learned in Skills USA over and over again."

She looks forward to inspiring Skills USA District 13 student leaders from South Texas to hone the skills being learned today and build upon them through their lifetime.

Prior to real estate, Flower’s career path included managing marketing and sales for authors and speakers under her firm – Authority Marketing for over 10 years where her clients were recognized by Fortune Magazine, President George W. Bush, & many industry publications. Her dream job in High School was to be a part of the music business, which she did in her early 20’s while handling international marketing & distribution for artists at EMI Music in Nashville, TN.

Through her career endeavors, Flower has interviewed, been mentored by, and connected with business authorities such as Sallie Brown- wife of Mack Brown (Head Football Coach of the University of Texas Longhorns), Eric Trump (Donald Trump’s Son), Steve Wozniak (Co-Founder of Apple Computer), Dave Hester (from Storage Wars), and many others. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University.
