Brightway Insurance Recognizes Business Capabilities of Veterans Through Major Incentive for Franchisees

Company Welcomes Veterans to Its Franchise

Jacksonville, Fla. (PRWEB) November 08, 2013 - Brightway Insurance, a leading national independent insurance retailer with more than 100 stores nationwide, reiterated support for qualified military veterans as business owners through its 100 percent financing of the franchise fee for those who have served their country.

The company usually gives qualified individuals 50 percent financing of the franchise fee, so by offering this incentive, Brightway recognizes that veterans have special training and a level of fortitude to succeed, despite obstacles they face in life or business.

Headquartered in Jacksonville, a military city, Brightway employs former military members and current military spouses.

"Because we are located in a military city, we get a clear view of the talents of those who serve and veterans who have departed the military for the private sector," said Brightway President Talman Howard. "Military veterans have the integrity, desire and work ethic to get the job done, so we will continue to give them an opportunity to succeed after they’ve finished their military service."

Brightway has several existing franchisees who are veterans, including Bobby Fazio, who served four years in the Navy from 1989 to 1993.

"My military experience continues to prove beneficial in all aspects of my life, including my career as an insurance agent," said Fazio, agency owner, Brightway Insurance in San Antonio. "My training has given me an internal drive to not only survive the fierce competitiveness of our industry, but to be committed to win without sacrificing the integrity of my core values."

Brightway Insurance offers a broad range of coverage for home, automobile, business and life insurance policies as well as policies for recreational vehicles, vacation homes and more.

Brightway recently opened stores in Lexington, Ky. and Huntersville, N.C., the first in those states.
