Expedia® CruiseShipCenters® Franchise System to Discuss Strategies for Operational Success

November 08, 2013 // Franchising.com // Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - From November 10 through November 17, the Expedia CruiseShipCenters franchise system will gather onboard Royal Caribbean International’s® Allure of the Seas® ship for the company’s 21st annual National Conference.

The theme for the annual event, which is attended by Franchise Partners, Vacation Consultants, and travel industry executives, is "Navigators of Spectacular Vacation Experiences." The conference will celebrate the company’s achievements over the past year and announce new initiatives launching in 2014. It will include keynote speeches from industry leaders such as Vicki Freed, Senior Vice President of Sales, Trade Support and Service for Royal Caribbean, Dondra Ritzenthaler, Senior Vice President of Sales at Celebrity Cruises and Andy Stuart, Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Passenger Services for Norwegian Cruise Line.

"As we advance in our journey to develop a world class brand and sales organization, our annual conference provides our Franchise Partners and Consultants with the opportunity to learn skills from presentations, workshops and fellow partners that will ultimately increase their bottom line," said Matthew Eichhorst, President of Expedia CruiseShipCenters. During the week-long event, attendees will also have plenty of time for fun with exclusive cocktail parties and free time in ports of call such as Nassau, St. Thomas, USVI and St. Maarten, VI.
