ServiceMaster Promotes Tim Haynes to Chief Information Officer

New Executive Appointment Brings Broad Technology Experience

Memphis, Tenn. (PRWEB) December 02, 2013 - The ServiceMaster Company, one of the world’s largest residential and commercial service networks, announced today that Tim Haynes has been promoted to senior vice president and CIO, effective immediately. He will report to ServiceMaster Chief Executive Officer Robert Gillette.

Haynes joined ServiceMaster in 2012 as vice president and IT business partner for the American Home Shield, ServiceMaster Clean and Merry Maids units of ServiceMaster, as well as IT leader for commercial initiatives. Prior to joining ServiceMaster, Tim served as the general manager IT for global sales finance for Nissan Motor Limited and lead infrastructure services group for Nissan Americas. Before Nissan, he served as the director, application development, for General Motors Acceptance Company, the financing arm of GM. He also worked in various roles managing human resources systems for Accenture and customer service systems for Global Crossing.

"With Tim’s broad knowledge in strategic business and technology planning, global IT systems and project management, and supply chain management, he’ll continue to look for ways to turn technology into an enabler of growth in all of our businesses," said Gillette.

Tim replaces Linda Goodspeed, who has served as chief information officer since 2011 and is leaving the company at the end of the year to spend more time with her family, her board responsibilities and to pursue other interests.

"I want to extend my appreciation to Linda for her contributions to ServiceMaster and wish her well in the future," said Gillette.
