RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO - (Marketwired - Dec. 6, 2013) - Mister Transmission International is excited to welcome aboard Responsive Brands Inc. as their new owners.

Mister Transmission (International) Limited, Canada's largest chain of transmission and driveline repair shops, is pleased to announce that their interests have been sold to Responsive Brands Inc. Randy Moore, President and CEO of Mister Transmission (International) states, "It was a difficult decision for the Brillinger family to divest their interests in the Mister Transmission business.
