Smashburger Brings Back Salted Caramel Shake Nationwide

Better Burger Chain’s Salted Caramel Häagen-Dazs® Shake Back By Popular Demand

DENVER - December 09, 2013 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Smashburger, the rapidly expanding better burger restaurant, announced today that it is bringing back the popular sweet and salty holiday treat – the Salted Caramel shake – now available in all restaurants nationwide for the Holiday season. This hand-spun Häagen-Dazs® shake combines premium Häagen-Dazs® vanilla ice cream with Salted Caramel syrup, providing customers with an indulgent sweet treat to pair with one of Smashburger’s premium burgers or tender-marinated Smashchicken sandwiches.

The inspiration behind this refreshing and tasty treat came from Tom Ryan, Founder and Chief Concept Officer, who introduced the Salted Caramel shake in January 2013 as a limited time offer, knowing it would be an instant hit. Smashburger offers a variety of shake flavors, including regular limited time offers, and recently took to social media to ask fans what shake they wanted to see back on the menu this holiday season. The Salted Caramel shake was the clear winner amongst Smashburger fans.
