They decided the concept would have to encourage fun in an active and healthy way, but also in a safe environment. Shortly thereafter, Rockin' Jump was born.
Drew and Marc went to work creating something they planned to deem The Ultimate Trampoline Park and their final product did not disappoint. Rockin' Jump locations feature more than 10,000 square feet of trampolines complete with foam pit arenas and basketball "DUNK ZONES," private party rooms for birthday's or corporate events, and even healthy cafés. Outfitted with WIFI, Rockin' Jump enables busy parents and professionals to remain productive while their kids jump. The concept took off in their local market of Dublin, Calif., quickly becoming one of the city's most popular family fun destinations.
Now, in 2014, with four corporate locations in California and a fifth on the way, Rockin' Jump has launched a franchising initiative to scale a business model that is focused on technological innovation, customer hospitality and safety.
"Much in the same way as we have modernized the trampoline park experience, our goal is to do the same for our franchisees," said Wilson, who currently serves as the president of Rockin' Jump. "We've invested in streamlined data analytics, online scheduling, online safety waiver management and CRM, so our franchisees can focus on providing top-notch customer service, instead of excess paperwork."
Rockin' Jump is also leading the way in safety innovation with its trademarked JumpSafe™ program, which systemizes safety efforts for staff and customers alike, ensuring that everyone has a Safe. Clean. Fun. ™ experience at the parks.
With five franchise locations currently in development, Rockin' Jump is looking to sell more than 15 franchise locations in 2014, with growth potential across the U.S.
