DIAL-AN-ANGEL Celebrates 27 Years in Brisbane

January 20, 2014 - On 19 January 2014, DIAL-AN-ANGEL® Brisbane celebrated 27 years of providing angelic in-home services to Queenslanders.

DIAL-AN-ANGEL began operating in Brisbane in 1987, offering a full range of services to Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast including housekeeping, gardening, babysitting, nannying, supervised contact, aged care, in home nursing and party help, taking pride in offering tailor made solutions to their clients.

This impressive milestone comes at a time of change and growth for DIAL-AN-ANGEL, with the direction of the business taking advantage of new opportunities in the home care sector to meet the evolving needs and requirements of our clients.

New areas of focus include additions to patient transport services, now offering transport to/from medical procedures such as dialysis, chemotherapy, dental work or surgery, increased partnerships with Australian companies to develop individual corporate assistance packages to improve the work/life balance of many employees and receiving approval to provide services as part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS or DisabilityCare as the scheme was previously known).

DIAL-AN-ANGEL CEO, Danielle Robertson said: "Brisbane is one of our fastest growing offices with our clients seeing the benefits of outsourcing their cleaning needs. More and more women are returning to the work force and we enable them to do so by providing casual and permanent professional nannies. In addition to these new ventures, DIAL-AN-ANGEL Brisbane is focusing on providing childcare outside private homes by expanding the service to be offered in places such as hotels and wedding venues This involves forming relationships with hotels so that they are confident they are referring their clients to the very best Agency who employ and fully insure their workers.
