Omaha, NE (PRWEB) February 27, 2014 - SuperSlow Zone Pacific Springs was recently featured in the February publication of Women’s Edition magazine, a premier publication with readership in the Omaha area of nearly 55,000 people. "I personally do the workout," says Julie. "It truly works. It builds muscle, increases bone density, and provides a cardio vascular workout." Julie says she believes so strongly in this concept that she sold the direct mail business she started 12 years ago to change careers and open SuperSlow Zone.
"I wanted to go after my passion of physical fitness and health," she says. One of those people is Dr. Cheryl Hinners, an internal medicine physician specializing in geriatrics. Dr. Hinners, who is in her 50s, has been diligently doing two workouts per week at SuperSlow Zone since this past summer. "It’s so convenient," says Dr. Hinners. "I’m in and out in 25 minutes—you can’t beat that. I can do it right before work, and it’s nice to not have to wear workout clothes. It’s an efficient way for me to do my workout." She also says, "I feel a lot stronger. It’s nice to feel strong and fit. Once you build muscle, you burn more calories. I don’t have to work out as often, and I maintain my weight. Plus, it’s easy on my body and my joints."
