Company Provides Beyond the Traditional Property Management System
March 24, 2014 // Franchising.com // Lexington, SC – Wallace Property Management Group (WPMG), a professional property management company built on the idea of providing a full-service property management system specializing in the management of middle-and high-end properties for property owners, announced today that it was implementing a new program to award franchises, beginning with the initial launch of South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky and then rolling out nationwide. The franchise, which will provide residential property management services, will operate under the name of Wallace Property Management Group.

The franchise program, developed with the help of the Chicago-based iFranchise Group and Jack Santaniello with Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, will be rolled out initially in select states, with national expansion to follow.
