Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) April 23, 2014 - Corner Bakery Cafe is happy to again team up with The Mom Strategist™ and author Mia Redrick to help busy moms in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. get the most out of motherhood. Redrick and Corner Bakery Cafe know that being a mom is the toughest job in the world, so beginning May 1st they will be providing moms with a comfortable atmosphere, freshly baked sweets, and a welcoming environment to build community during Redrick’s six-week Time for Mom-Me® groups.

Redrick and Corner Bakery Cafe encourage moms to schedule weekly “me time” by participating in a local Time for Mom-Me® group. Registered moms will receive complimentary sweets and beverages when they attend a group held at a neighborhood Corner Bakery Cafe. Moms will gain free access to an online community of supportive moms as well as a complimentary access to The Mom’s Academy an online guide to support successful self-care rituals while reading Time for Mom-Me: 5 Essential Strategies for A Mother’s Self-Care (Redrick’s best-selling book) during their group discussion. Redrick, author of the best-selling guide to mother’s self-care, Time for Mom Me: 5 Essential Strategies for Mother’s Self-Care, has organized over 283 Time for Mom-Me® support groups nationwide for years and has helped thousands of moms with personal growth; knowing that women become better mothers when they practice self-care. The Time for Mom-Me® group program consists of six sessions, corresponding with Redrick’s strategies of finding time, finding meaning, finding connections, finding solutions, personal growth, and the blueprint of motherhood.
