Strategic Partnerships to Boost PostNet's Business-to-Business Sales

Neighborhood Business Center Franchise Teams Up With Sandler Training and Salesforce

DENVER - May 28, 2014 // GLOBE NEWSWIRE // - PostNet, the nation's first Neighborhood Business Center, has partnered with industry-leading sales training and technology companies Sandler Training and Salesforce, as part of the franchise's commitment to increase business-to-business sales.

Sandler Training, a global sales training organization with more than three decades of experience and proven results, will provide PostNet franchisees with the support, guidance and reinforcement needed to successfully sell to businesses. To kick off the partnership, Sandler Training CEO David Mattson and Executive Vice President of Global Accounts Michael Norton will give two keynote presentations on sales at PostNet's annual Thrive franchise conference at the end of May. Soon after, franchisees will have access to an online portal from Sandler Training with videos, e-Learning courses and other training materials hand-selected to create a stronger business-to-business sales culture at PostNet.

"This year, we made growing business-to-business sales our No. 1 priority," said PostNet CEO and Co-founder Steve Greenbaum. "With Sandler Training and Salesforce, our franchisees will have best-in-class tools and knowledge to increase business-to-business sales at the center level."

In addition to strengthening sales skills, PostNet has invested in a customized Salesforce Communities customer relationship management (CRM) system to automate and drive business-to-business sales. With the cloud-based platform, franchisees and staff can seamlessly store information about current and prospective customers in a single platform and run trigger campaigns to convert leads to sales. The Chatter function will allow the entire PostNet system to communicate with one another whether to seek advice or collaborate on projects.

Throughout the past few years, PostNet has ramped up its business-to-business offerings to help entrepreneurs and local small companies grow their businesses. In addition to core printing, shipping and design services, PostNet has expanded its consultative marketing services, adding website design and email marketing capabilities and pioneering Every Door Direct Mail from the U.S. Postal Service, and more.
