June 24, 2014 // Franchising.com // CLEVELAND - Executive Care recently awarded Michael Creatore and Nick Kerpsack franchise rights to open their third location in the Northeast Ohio region.
Creatore and Kerpsack bring a wealth of management consulting, leadership development, finance and business start-up experience to their Executive Care investment. Together, they will take on operational, sales and marketing responsibilities in the business.
"Nick and I believe in Executive Care’s proven business model and deep understanding of the important role home care is playing in the lives of millions of Americans, which is why we have signed on for our third location," said Creatore, a longtime Northeast Ohio resident and a well-known business leader in the region. "We are now able to provide these communities with improved, coordinated care so families can find the comfort they need for themselves and their loved ones."
Operations at the Canton and Mahoning Valley locations are underway. Cleveland will soon follow.
The new Executive Care offices aim to bring up to 75 new jobs to the region in the next two years, and are looking to expand the home care agency’s reach further.
"Having Michael and Nick sign on for their third location in Northeast Ohio is wonderful news for the whole Executive Care family," said Lenny Verkhoglaz, CEO and co-founder of the company. "Their extensive range of skill and talent make them fully qualified to advance the growth of Executive Care, while continuing to ensure that these communities are receiving the best service and care."
Celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, Executive Care offers a variety of caregiving and skilled nursing services to help families often overwhelmed with the responsibility of providing care to a loved one - all while ensuring the patient remains in the comfort of his or her own home. In a crowded sector, the company has built a reputation from the ground up.
To guarantee the highest quality, Executive Care requires all prospective caregivers undergo an intensive pre-employment screening process, including a criminal background investigation, verification of references and an employment history check. All caregivers are insured, experienced and undergo skills tests and continuing education training. Registered nurses closely supervise and monitor all staff, conducting periodic evaluation assessments.
