This rapidly expanding fast-casual pizza shop is offering single-store and multiple-unit development franchise opportunities.

The Restaurant Group opened their first pizza restaurant almost 25 years ago and launched FUEL pizza about 15 years ago. For the past 5 years, they’ve been developing their newest, custom pizza concept and open the first unit in 2013. Custom Fuel Pizza & Salads is rapidly expanding and there are currently four, corporately owned and operated units. Custom Fuel Pizza & Salads allows diners to design their own pizzas from a wide selection of specialty ingredients that range from the traditional to the artisanal. Starting with an original, whole grain, or gluten free 7x13 inch crust, which is made in-house using a special recipe that includes unbleached and un-bromated flour, the guest can choose from any sauce and cheese and from a range of over 40 toppings, including goat cheese, grilled artichoke, shrimp, and prosciutto. Once each pizza is designed, it is taken to a high heat oven that fires up the custom creation in just over two minutes. Custom Fuel’s process can turn out 150 individual pies in one hour. The Custom Fuel menu features a variety of locally sourced ingredients as well as the finest ingredients from select purveyors. Those not wishing to make a personalized creation may choose from several pre-designed specialties, such as Old Bay Shrimp, Margherita Burrata, and Mushroom and Truffle Cream, along with all the traditional pizza shop classics. Rounding out the menu are both pre-designed and customizable salad options.
