Spin! Neapolitan Pizza To Open Three Dallas Area Locations

Fresh Artisan Food In Distinct Atmosphere That Attracts All Ages Heading to Southlake, Richardson, Las Colinas

Neapolitan Pizza, honored with numerous awards for its fresh artisan food and distinct, inviting, bustling atmosphere that attracts all ages, plans to open three locations in the Dallas area between November 2014 and May 2015. The first location will open in Southlake, followed by Richardson, and Las Colinas in Irving.

In addition to the new locations in Dallas, SPIN! currently has locations under construction in Crown Center, Overland Park's Corbin Park, and on the University of Central Missouri campus. Entering the Dallas market is part of a careful, measured expansion plan, says SPIN!® Partner Gail Lozoff. "We are growing very deliberately because it's most important for us to preserve the integrity of our company and culture as we transport them to other markets."

"One of the reasons that we chose Dallas is because it's easy to get to and will cut down on the time that we need to be away from Kansas City. Plus, we have family and friends there. Personal relationships are so important. Also, we've had a lot of interest in SPIN! bringing our food and guest experience to Dallas."

Not only does Lozoff have family and friends in Dallas, but Kansas native and one of SPIN!'s four partners, Mike Kramer, lived in Dallas until recently returning to Kansas City. Kramer says he looks forward to sharing SPIN! with his former neighbors. "As someone who has lived in both Dallas and Kansas City, I think SPIN! is a great match for Dallas and I'm eager to bring SPIN! to that area. SPIN!'s food is amazing. The atmosphere is hip and has energy. I feel like our unique approach to the pizza, salad and wine experience will be welcomed and embraced," Kramer says.

SPIN! will introduce its hand-spun, stone-fired pizzas to the Dallas area in Southlake Town Square,1586 E. Southlake Blvd. The second area SPIN! Pizza will open in late 2014 or early 2015 at 348 Campbell Road in Richardson's Canyon Creek Plaza. The Las Colinas SPIN! will be located in a free-standing building at 1030 W. John W. Carpenter Freeway scheduled to open in early 2015.

With recipes developed in collaboration with James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Smith, who also was just named national Chef Innovator of the Year by Nation's Restaurant News, SPIN!® features exceptional food made from fresh ingredients and a rotating roster of eclectic premium wines priced below traditional restaurant rates.
