The announcement comes just a few weeks after revealing that the brand had solidified its Westfield UTC local in San Diego.

Hajisattari brings years of industry business experience to his new position as a Sloan's Ice Cream franchisee. After running international retail and manufacturing companies and overseeing operations, he is transitioning into ownership with Sloan's and plans to focus strictly on establishing the brand in the new market. The father to a five-year-old daughter, Hajisattari was drawn to Sloan's due to the wide variety of toys and novelty products offered, as well as the family-friendly atmosphere the store encompasses. Hajisattari is planning on making his Sloan's franchise a truly familial affair, and will have the assistance of family members in day-to-day operations.
