"We are dedicated to this area and are excited about the opportunity to offer additional jobs within the community, and to grow in Seattle," said Greg Keller, Seattle Domino's Pizza franchise owner. "The growth of the community and success of Domino's allows us to build on our franchise, so we can continue to do what we do best - make great pizzas and deliver them with exceptional service."

With a rich history of growth and a develop-from-within-culture, the options are limitless. In restaurants, team members learn about business, management and what it takes to succeed. Domino's franchise system of successful business owners was grown internally, and to top it off, nearly all Domino's operational leaders started their career in a store. More than 90 percent of Domino's U.S. franchisees began their careers as delivery drivers or pizza makers.

The 11 independent business owners, true entrepreneurs within the Domino's system, will be offering positions in all facets of their business, from delivery drivers – including bike delivery for two stores in downtown Seattle – to order takers and pizza makers. All employment for Domino's new team member hires is contingent on passing a background check and a motor vehicle records check.

Domino's stores in Western Washington were given a full-market facelift in 2013, which reimaged and rebuilt stores to feature a brand new pizza theater store design. Highlights of the design included a comfortable lobby, open-area viewing of the food preparation process and the ability to track carryout orders electronically on a lobby screen. The stores also feature chalkboards to allow customers to express their creativity or to leave feedback for the store team members.
