After these higher-income level (high mid to upper class) individuals and families move into a home, they will receive a Welcomemat Home Collection packet with gifts from local home service businesses, such as plumbers, landscapers and pest control businesses.

The Welcomemat Home Collection will be rolled out in March 2015 in the Indianapolis; Seattle; Nashville; Gwinnett, Georgia; and Fort Lauderdale markets. By 2016, the company anticipates the offering will be available system-wide.
