Board Declares a First Quarter 2015 Dividend of $0.875 Per Share of Common Stock

GLENDALE, Calif. - Feb. 25, 2015 // PRNewswire // - DineEquity, Inc. (NYSE: DIN), the parent company of Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar® and IHOP® restaurants, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a first quarter cash dividend of $0.875 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on April 10, 2015 to the Company's stockholders of record at the close of business on March 13, 2015.
