March 12, 2015 // Franchising.com // Caffebene USA announced the launch of its new spring menu. This year, the spring menu consists of strawberry themed drinks and desserts, including Very Berry Strawberry Frappe, Strawberry Latte, and Berry Good Cheesecake Ice Parfait.
Using fresh strawberries as the main ingredient, Caffebene’s new spring menu items offer fresh refreshments to its customers tired of this year’s exceptionally long and cold winter. The Strawberry Latte is made with fresh strawberries blended with milk. Although the name latte suggests a coffee drink, it does not contain any coffee. The Strawberry Frappe is similar to the latte, but instead, is blended with iced. It is served with whipped cream and fresh strawberries on top. The Frappe has a heavier and thicker body compared to the Strawberry Latte. Both drinks can be enjoyed with Caffebene’s signature dessert items like the Liege Waffles and Honey Bread, as the freshness of the drinks complements the richness of the desserts.
The Berry Good Cheesecake Ice Parfait is the spring version of Caffebene’s signature iced dessert, bingsu. It is served with cheesecake and lots of fresh strawberries placed on top. It is definitely a dessert meant to be shared with friends and family, one of the café culture Caffebene provides. The newest bingsu selection allows customers to enjoy the freshness of strawberries in harmony with the smooth, yet decadent cheesecake. The shaved ice completes the overall refreshing experience.
Offered in one size, the Strawberry Latte is $5.75, Very Berry Strawberry Frappe is $5.95, and the Berry Good Cheesecake Ice Parfait is $13.95. All items are iced drinks and dessert, now available at all Caffebene locations throughout the States.
