This is the brand’s 21st hotel in Florida and the second in Southern Florida.

The new, four-story, 124 room hotel, on Reese Road, is just south of 595/The Sunpass Toll Road and immediately west of the Florida Turnpike and easily accessible from Interstate 95.

The hotel, like all Value Place locations, provides guests three room types, all with interior corridor entries, and kitchens featuring a microwave, cooktop, and full-sized refrigerator. Davie will be the first company-owned property to include basic, high-speed WiFi Internet for every guest. Guest laundry and vending are available 24/7.
