(NASDAQ: GTIM), owner of Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard, a regional quick-service restaurant chain focused on fresh, high quality, all natural products and a licensee of Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, a full service, upscale concept, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten registered public offering of up to 2,375,000 shares of its common stock. All shares are being offered by the Company. As part of the proposed offering, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 356,250 additional shares. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
