Rob Lichty and Michelle Bachman Launch Caring Transitions in the Vineyards

Caring Transitions is America’s largest resource specializing in managing relocations for seniors and busy families as well as downsizing and estate liquidations.

Sonoma, CA (PRWEB) May 27, 2015 - Rob Lichty and Michelle Bachman are looking forward to bringing a new kind of relocation and estate sale service to the community with their new business, Caring Transitions in the Vineyards.

Caring Transitions is America’s largest resource specializing in managing relocations for seniors and busy families as well as downsizing and estate liquidations. In addition to the organizing, packing and move oversight, Caring Transitions can handle on-site and online estate sales, liquidations, and preparing homes for market. Caring Transitions in the Vineyards serves Sonoma County and the surrounding communities.

The husband and wife team found Caring Transitions when Michelle saw a Facebook post about the company from her friend Amanda Lawson, who opened her own franchise in Northern Wyoming late last year.

“After doing some research and talking with friends, we discovered the real need for the kinds of services Caring Transitions offers. There are so many people who have a story about how they wished they had a full-service agency to help move a parent or family member. It seemed like a perfect fit for our community,” Michelle said.

“Caring Transitions was a good fit for us too. We value the importance of caring for our elders and the services we provide can make an honest difference in their lives in a respectful way,” Rob added.

Rob is a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialists, a designation bestowed by an independent organization that evaluates providers of senior relocation services. Caring Transitions in the Vineyards is bonded and insured.

Whether your situation is planned or unexpected, Caring Transitions’ services are perfect for busy families, seniors moving in with family or into another safe living situation, or people clearing out the home of a loved one who has passed.

“When a family has to do this kind of relocation or estate liquidation, especially if they are trying to take care of everything from out of town or while they’re trying to work or raise kids, it can easily take six to nine months. Sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day when you’re focused on making ends meet,” Rob said. “We are a full-service company that can help with everything from planning what belongings will fit into your new home to managing the entire relocation and estate sale.”

Rob and Michelle are building their team with employees who have experience relocating family members, working with seniors, being caretakers and more.

“We think it’s important that the members of our team understand what our clients are going through. We want Caring Transitions to be a resource you can count on when your family is facing a difficult transition,” Rob said.
