The COACH portal is the second in a series of major updates to the 27 year-old brand led by new President and CEO, Tammy Berberick.

The COACH portal is the culmination of a project Berberick began shortly after taking over at Crestcom with the objective of providing a world-class operating environment that makes it faster and easier to operate a Crestcom business. COACH drives efficiency by organizing business, sales and marketing tools in a single location while facilitating real-time sharing of “best practices” among franchisees worldwide. It is optimized to enhance communication with a strong social component intended to spark conversations and continuous improvement.
One of the unique aspects of the COACH Portal is a sales planning module that provides Crestcom franchisees with a detailed business development roadmap. Once a franchise owner inputs his or her annual sales goal, the business planning module will automatically calculate what sales and marketing activities need to be implemented to ensure success. The tool automatically updates sales data and results of marketing campaigns several times per day. It calculates these figures using the remaining days of the year to give franchisees a detailed, daily snapshot of what they need to do to reach their goals.
