United Country Real Estate Among Top in National Franchise Satisfaction Survey

Company Receives Recognition Six Years in a Row

January 7, 2016 // Franchising.com // KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Franchise Business Review, a national independent franchise market research firm, announced that United Country Real Estate made its 2016 Top 200 Franchises list. This is the sixth year in a row that the lifestyle and rural real estate firm has achieved this distinguished recognition.

The top 200 franchises in the country were ranked solely on franchisee satisfaction and performance data collected from franchise owners. In the survey, respondents said they enjoy operating the United Country Franchise business saying they are satisfied with their franchise overall.

“Our relationship with our franchise is and always has been positive,” said Patrick Gibson, owner/broker of United Country – Gibson Realty and Land Company in McComb, Miss. “United Country provides industry expertise, listing tools and marketing that works. Other than a small technology fee, we only pay United Country when we sell a property. There are no desk fees or agent fees, which are common with other well-known real estate franchises.”

“I really enjoy working with a company that is in the country on purpose and not by accident. The country real estate market is a different breed of cat,” added Bruce Witt, United Country Real Estate agent in Cameron, Mo. “Also, we are second to none when it comes to innovation and advancing technology in real estate.”

To identify this year’s Top 200 franchises, which include all franchised industries, Franchise Business Review surveyed more than 28,000 franchisees, representing hundreds of franchise brands in numerous industries. They were asked questions regarding topics in a variety of areas including opportunity, earnings, training and support, leadership, operations and product development, core values and general satisfaction.

“With proven performers on our team, both at our Home Office and within United Country offices, we’ve been able to accelerate our long-term strategy and growth,” said Dan Duffy, chief executive officer for United Country. “With continuing focus on marketing and technology innovation and working closely with our owners, brokers, agents and auctioneers, we have made significant investments in strong leadership and affiliate programs. Through this team approach, we’ve been able to continually strengthen our model for over ninety years. Franchise satisfaction is extremely important to us, and achieving this top level recognition in each of the last six years is very confirming that we are doing the right things.”
