Formerly known as Senior Helpline Services, Mobility Matters recruits thoroughly-screened and trained volunteer drivers and organizes free, one-on-one, door-to-door rides for seniors in the East Bay. Being a member of this organization builds on Francesca’s already well-established expertise and passion for helping aging adults live as independently as possible.

As Home Care Liaison for Home Care Assistance, Francesca Vogel helps seniors and their families navigate their care needs with compassion, experience and expertise. Francesca has over 23 years of healthcare industry experience including 12 years as an Eldercare Consultant for AdvoLife, now LivHOME. She is currently a member of the East Bay Case Management Association for which she served as President from 2009-2011, as well as a member of the John Muir Health Foundation, the Hospice of the East Bay 2015-2016 Gala Committee and now the 2016 board of directors for Mobility Matters.
