Two Dallas Franchisees Win Top Honors During Homevestors' Annual Convention

The “We Buy Ugly Houses®” Company Recognizes C&C Residential, Inc. and Residential Solutions, LLC with Six Awards

DALLAS - March 16, 2016 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - C&C Residential, Inc., owned by Chas Carrier, and Residential Solutions, LLC owned by Mark Struznik, both Dallas-based independently owned and operated HomeVestors® franchisees took home multiple awards during the company’s annual convention.

HomeVestors®, also known as the “We Buy Ugly Houses®” company, honored C&C Residential, Inc. with five awards including:

  • Franchise of the Year (First Place) – This is HomeVestors’ highest honor, also called The UG Award. It is awarded to the franchisee with the most successful business for the year.
  • Top Sales Volume (First Place) – Recognizing the franchise with the highest dollar volume of total property sales out of the 660 franchisees nationwide.
  • One Year Progressive Growth (First Place) – Recognizing the franchisee who closes the most properties using one of HomeVestors’ financing plans.
  • Top Sales Units (First Place) – Recognizing the franchisee with the most reported sales closings during the convention year.
  • Top Closer (Second Place) – Recognizing the franchisee with the highest reported purchase closing in a year.

Greg Vasterling, a buyer for the Residential Solutions, LLC franchise won first place for the Top Buyers category – a highly-sought award that recognizes the buyer who achieves the most purchases throughout the year.
