A recently signed agreement with a local entrepreneur will introduce Gyroville to Central Florida with its first franchise location opening in Orlando later this year. The company has also received strong interest from master franchise developers throughout the Southeast.
Gyroville is seeking master franchise developers, multi-unit operators and owner-operators. Ideal franchise owners should have previous professional experience and show a high level of organization and reliability. Kokkinelis added, “Though ideal, previous restaurant experience is not required to be a Gyroville franchisee. We have a proven business model and have established systems in place that streamline all aspects of operations. Plus, we offer a three-week training program to franchisees and management.”
Franchisees benefit from Gyroville’s national purchasing deals, as well as a partnership with Buxton to aid in the placement of new locations. Gyroville is also on the SBA registry and has equipment financing available through Marlin. Depending on size, location, etc., the average cost to open a Gyroville is around $250,000. Ideal locations are high-trafficked lifestyle centers and need 1,000-1,400 square feet for inline locations with outdoor dining.
