March Brings Pea Sprouts to Salata’s Toppings Lineup

If you’ve never heard of pea sprouts then they may just be your new obsession. Pea sprouts are the young leaves of the pea plant, harvested as microgreens. They are rich in antioxidants, dietary fiber, folate and anti-inflammatory properties.

At Salata, guests can customize their salads to fit their mood. Pea sprout fans are encouraged to stop by soon as this special topping will only be available through March 31.

Some popular combinations featuring March’s Topping of the Month include –

  • Salad 2 – spinach and kale, pea sprouts, radishes, cucumber, tomato, chick peas, feta cheese, almonds, fresh herb vinaigrette, quinoa
