March 13, 2017 // Franchising.com // BOCA RATON, Fla. - Gyroville, a popular Southeast Florida Mediterranean fast-casual franchise, will be introducing its new look this Spring at the franchise’s first U.S. location outside of Florida. The new restaurant will debut this June at 2855 SW Wanamaker Road in Topeka, Kansas. It’s locally owned and operated by franchisees Ganna Voskoboyeva and Nataliya Miller.
The new store design will have a cleaner, crisp look and feel that is synonymous with the brand’s updated logo and color scheme, which includes shades of green and neutral colors as well as a blue accent. All light fixtures and furniture have also been updated to reflect the new branding. All locations moving forward will open with the new prototype.
“It’s been a few years since we rolled out a new look for our restaurants, and we couldn’t be more excited,” said CEO and founder Lambros Kokkinelis. “The new store design is sleek and modern. It truly embodies our ‘live fresh.’ mentality.”
Everything on the Gyroville menu is made in-house daily using fresh ingredients. Offering a modern spin on traditional Greek recipes, its healthy Mediterranean menu has become a customer hit, earning Gyroville the best falafel of 2016 by New Times Broward-Palm Beach. With its build-your-own model, guests can customize their pita, salad or rice bowl to be as healthy as they wish.
Kokkinelis added, “Gyroville is disrupting the fast-casual scene and proving that the build-your-own style concept can be fresh, unique and flavorful. We’re constantly innovating and showing the versatility of our menu, and both consumers and franchise investors have taken notice. Gyroville has really taken off over the past year and the future is nothing but bright. We expect to double our footprint in the next two years.”
Gyroville jumped into the fast-casual scene in 2010 and currently has eight locations operating in Florida. The company expects to open six locations in 2017, along with adding another 12 signed franchise agreements to continue steady growth throughout the United States.

Gyroville was created in 2010 to bring Mediterranean cuisine to the fast-casual market. Gyroville starts by using only the freshest ingredients and prepares them using recipes that combine old-school, Greek traditions with a modern day twist. The concept allows customers to follow their choice of protein from the grill or vertical spit through an assembly line process, where they choose from fresh ingredients and homemade sauces. The first Gyroville opened in January 2010 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Today, there are eight locations in Florida. For more information, visit http://gyroville.com/.
