Intero Announces Major Leadership Reorganization Amid Unprecedented Growth

CUPERTINO, Calif. - May 02, 2017 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Intero Real Estate Services, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc., is thrilled to announce the promotion of some of Intero’s most successful leaders. Without their talents, Intero would not be the thriving company that it is today. At the start of 2017, Intero saw one of their best first quarters since the founding of the company. With rapid growth up the San Francisco Peninsula, Intero made the decision to place the following accomplished leaders into strategic positions that will continue to strengthen Intero’s brand and its expansion not only on the Peninsula, but internationally as well.

Chuck Colliver, the Vice President and Managing Officer of Intero’s new Daly City office brings 30 years of real estate experience to Intero. His expertise in structuring complex real estate transactions is invaluable. Chuck was formerly the President of the San Francisco Association of Realtors.

Dave Hobson has been promoted to Regional Vice President where he will oversee all of Intero’s offices on the Mid-Peninsula region. He now is also the Managing Officer of the Woodside and Menlo Park locations.

Lisa Wittkopf joined the leadership team effective April 1st. She is assisting Dave Hobson and the rest of the leadership team with growing and improving all of Intero’s Bay Area offices. Lisa is handling recruiting, training, coaching, marketing, and increasing productivity within the organization.

Mia Park was recently promoted to Regional Vice President and is now responsible for Operations and Compliance. She is overseeing Operations and Compliance for the Intero offices in Los Altos, Menlo Park, Woodside, San Carlos, Half Moon Bay, and San Mateo.

Frank Vento, who has been overseeing the Half Moon Bay office, has officially been named Managing Officer. Frank has displayed an unparalleled commitment to the office he has been managing for several months.

Lana Pierce has been officially promoted to Managing Officer of Intero’s San Mateo location. Having already been successful as acting manager of this office, she now oversees a number of agents and is committed to maintaining the high standards Intero represents.

Ed Gory has officially been promoted to Managing Officer of the San Carlos branch. Ed has the experience and knowledge of this branch and brings years of experience to his new position.

John Thompson will continue his role as COO at Intero, assisting Dave Hobson and the entire management team expand up the San Francisco Peninsula and throughout the entire Bay Area

Additionally, Alain Pinel will be continuing his role at Intero as General Manager of Intero Prestigio International. Alain will be instrumental in Intero’s ongoing expansion into the luxury real estate market.
