This agreement marks a significant milestone for Orangetheory Fitness following an exceptional year of growth in 2016, reporting a 108 percent increase in system-wide sales and a 19.3 percent increase in same-store sales.

Orangetheory Fitness signed its 1,000th domestic franchise agreement with California native Karin Neal, whose studio is slated to open this year in Modesto, California. A mother of three and health and wellness advocate, Neal was first introduced to Orangetheory Fitness by her daughter and after taking just one class, she knew this was something she had to be a part of. As a dedicated triathlete, fitness is a big part of Neal's life and after incorporating Orangetheory into her daily fitness routine, she took it a step further by becoming a certified Orangetheory Fitness coach at the Novato studio. Inspired by the company's vision, innovation and business model, Neal decided to become a franchisee to further grow the brand and introduce Orangetheory Fitness to her community.
