June 26, 2017 // Franchising.com // ATLANTA - Just in time for summer, Uncle Maddio's Pizza is adding a Strawberry Summer Salad to the menu starting on Monday, June 26. The salad is a limited time offer and will be available at all Uncle Maddio’s locations through the end of summer.
The new salad includes candied walnuts, goat cheese, fresh sliced strawberries, red onions and crispy bacon atop a bed of mixed greens. It is tossed in a homemade white balsamic bacon vinaigrette and drizzled with a balsamic glaze. The Strawberry Summer Salad is entrée sized and available for $8.99.

Other Uncle Maddio’s salad favorites include the Chicken Caesar, Chopped Cobb, Santa Fe, or guests can create their own from a selection of 27 vegetables and seven different dressings.
Uncle Maddio’s is a next generation pizza restaurant that lets guests build their own pizza exactly how they want it and cooked in fast-bake ovens and served to their tables in about six minutes.
