Mediterranean Fast Casual Franchise Gyroville Launches New Summer LTO

New Strawberry Salad Features Fresh Strawberries, Grilled Chicken and Other Greek Flavors

July 12, 2017 // Franchising.com // BOCA RATON, Fla. - Gyroville, Southeast Florida’s go-to spot for build-your-own Mediterranean dishes, is bringing a touch of summer to its menu this quarter with the introduction of its latest limited time offer (LTO): the Strawberry Salad.

The Strawberry Salad includes fresh strawberries, grilled chicken, crispy chickpeas, tomato & cucumber salads and feta cheese mixed together and drizzled with Gyroville’s homemade Greek vinaigrette.

“We love how our Strawberry Salad turned out. It offers a delicate mix of fresh strawberries with traditional Mediterranean flavors to create a beautiful blend of flavors that we’re sure our customers will enjoy,” said Lambros Kokkinelis, founder and CEO of Gyroville.

Gyroville jumped onto the fast-casual scene in 2010, offering a healthy Mediterranean menu developed by Kokkinelis, a classically trained chef. His modern spin on traditional Greek recipes has become a hit among consumers with everything on the menu made in-house daily using fresh ingredients. Customers can customize their pita, salad or rice bowl to be as healthy as they wish by going through the build-your-own assembly line.

Domestically, the brand has locations in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale as well as restaurants slated to open this year in Orlando and Topeka, Kansas. The company expects to add another 10 signed franchise agreements this year to continue steady growth throughout the United States. Gyroville is seeking master franchise developers, multi-unit operators and owner-operators to continue its national expansion. In addition to national marketing promotions, such as the Strawberry Salad LTO, Gyroville franchisees benefit from national purchasing deals and streamlined operational processes within a fast-growing food segment. Depending on size, location and other factors, the average cost to open a Gyroville is around $250,000. The franchise is on the Small Business Administration registry and has equipment financing available through Marlin.

The Strawberry Salad is available for a limited time at all Gyroville locations. To find the nearest restaurant, visit http://gyroville.com/.
