Froots Targets Florida at The Franchise Show in Orlando
Healthy International Quick-Service Franchise to Meet with Entrepreneurs During Two-Day Expo
September 21, 2017 // Franchising.com // DAVIE, Fla. - Froots, a global quick-service franchise focused on healthy food and beverages, will meet with entrepreneurs interested in becoming small-business owners at The Franchise Show, Oct. 20 and 21, at the Hyatt Regency Orlando in Orlando, Florida. Executives from the company will be set up at booth #117.
The restaurant offers a variety of great tasting menu options that cater to a large, growing segment of the U.S. population that is more health conscious and aware of better eating habits. Its menu includes all-natural smoothies, energy shakes, fresh-squeezed juices, sandwiches, wraps, paninis, salads, soups and more.
“We are looking forward to meeting with prospective franchisees who want to know more about the advantages of owning a Froots franchise and meeting the growing demand of people who want to eat healthier on the go,” said Scott Mortier, executive vice president of business development for Froots. “This is a great opportunity for them to meet with Froots franchisees to gain an inside look at a day in the life of a franchise owner.”
Froots is national franchise system that has more than 30 locations nationwide, as well as several international units. Recently, a development group in Guatemala signed on to open five locations over the next five years starting in Guatemala City.
The brand recently developed a new look and updated menu, which focuses on fresh, simple ingredients with an emphasis on flavor combinations. These new flavor profiles were created by combining fresh cut vegetables and herbs with tasty sauces and meats for a variety of wraps, paninis and salads. The updated look features a completely redesigned store model that creates a lively, fresh atmosphere aligned with the brand’s new green and orange color scheme. Light wood flooring is complemented by white brick walls and a variety of plants throughout the restaurant. Over the next two years, Froots expects to add 50 restaurants. Entrepreneurs appreciate that Froots meets two popular demands in the quick service industry by catering to consumers who are increasingly looking for healthier food choices and the booming juice and smoothie bar market. Currently worth $2 billion in the U.S and with a 2.9 percent increase in annual growth since 2010, the juice and smoothie bar offering has proven it’s more than just a fad. Additionally, as a relatively low investment for a restaurant franchise and the growth of the sector, Froots is an easy decision for potential investors.
Froots is a healthy alternative to traditional fast food fare, providing a variety of great tasting options including all-natural smoothies, energy shakes, fresh-squeezed juices, sandwiches, wraps, paninis, salads, soups and more. The homegrown business has been operating in South Florida since 2001, and currently has more than 30 U.S. units as well as several international locations. A relatively low investment for a restaurant franchise, the quick-service restaurant expects to add 50 locations in the next two years. For more information, visit http://froots.com/.
