September 28, 2017 // Franchising.com // JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Heritage Insurance recently selected two Brightway Insurance Agents to represent Independent Insurance Agents on its Agency Council. Dimitri J. Apostle, who owns Brightway, The Dimitri J. Apostle Agency in Charlotte, N.C., and Chris Huebener, who works for Brightway, Ponte Vedra Beach in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., recently joined the 12-member council representing more than 1,600 Insurance Agencies across the U.S. who sell Heritage Insurance. Appointed Sept. 1, Apostle and Huebener will serve on the council for a one-year period.
“I’m humbled and honored to represent other Agencies on the Heritage Insurance Member Council, serving as a sounding board and as a voice of the agents who sell their products,” said Apostle, who Brightway named Mover and Shaker of the Year for moving up the most number of spots in the total Brightway Commission rank in 2016. “I look forward to serving on the council this year,” he added.
Huebener, who earned Brightway’s $2 Million Producer Award for selling nearly $2.5 million in written premium in 2016, shared Apostle’s enthusiasm.
“I’m flattered to be selected for the Heritage Insurance Member Council and look forward to representing my fellow Agents on the council,” he said.
“We’re pleased that Dimitri Apostle and Chris Huebener have accepted our invitation to serve on our Agency Council and look forward to the dialogue we’ll have with them and the other council members at our next council meeting scheduled for Oct. 12 - 13, in Clearwater, Fla.,” said Heritage Vice President, Kent Oberoi. “Their feedback is important and instrumental in aligning organization strategies with distributional opportunities.”
