Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar Inks 15-Unit Agreement in Dallas-Fort Worth

National Casual Dining Brand Strikes Monumental Deal in Home Market

October 03, 2017 // Franchising.com // DALLAS - National casual dining brand Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar (Boston’s) announced today a significant development agreement in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, which will bring 15 new locations to the brand’s home market by 2023 or sooner. The 15 new restaurants will be owned and operated by entrepreneurial group Perfect Momentum, LLC. The group has over 100 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry, including owning and operating several hotel brands such as Motel 6, Wyndham, and Choice Hotels in the Dallas area.

After noticing their guests would often have food delivered from Boston’s while staying at their hotels, Perfect Momentum began researching the brand to see what it was that guests were so passionate and excited about. They soon discovered Boston’s contemporary, sit-down family dining atmosphere with a separate sports bar which allows for family and friend gatherings of all sizes. While Boston’s specializes in gourmet pizza and pasta, its menu features nearly 90 items including salads, sandwiches and a variety of favorites such as burgers, wings and ribs giving guests an offering of traditional American cuisine. Each of the new 15 restaurants will be located either in or next to one of Perfect Momentum’s several hotels in the area.
