Always Best Care Announces New Owners In Lexington, Kentucky

Navy Veteran and Local Entrepreneur Bring Award-Winning Senior Care Services to Greater Lexington Communities

November 09, 2017 // Franchising.com // ROSEVILLE, Calif. - Always Best Care® Senior Services, one of the leading senior care franchise systems in the United States, announced today that Phillip Morgan and his partner, Sarah Diener, have opened Always Best Care of Greater Lexington. The new agency, located at 2333 Alexandria Drive, provides senior care to the communities of Greater Lexington, which include Georgetown, Winchester, Paris, Versailles, Nicholasville and Midway.

“I learned about Always Best Care while searching for home health care options for my mother, who has advanced dementia,” said Morgan. “During my search, I realized that there is a critical need for senior care services in the area. What attracted me the most to Always Best Care was the unparalleled support it provides its franchisees in becoming elder care experts, especially around in-home care and assisted living placement.”

Morgan has lived in Lexington, Kentucky for the past four years. He earned an MBA in marketing from Ohio State University and completed a six-year enlistment with the United States Navy in 1992. He is a current member of the American Legion. Prior to franchise ownership with Always Best Care, Morgan held the position of marketing brand manager, which entailed developing consumer-packaged goods. Sarah Diener is Morgan’s business partner and chief operating officer of Always Best Care of Greater Lexington. She earned a bachelor’s in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan and has lived in Lexington since 2002. She brings a wealth of experience as an industrial engineer, specifically in process improvement for manufacturing and hospital environments.

“Phil Morgan is our third veteran franchisee to open an agency in less than two months, which serves as a true testament to how well our business aligns with military veterans who have a background of serving others,” said Jake Brown, CEO of Always Best Care Senior Services. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to have Phil and Sarah join our company and bring our award winning services to the communities of Greater Lexington. We’re confident that their strong professional backgrounds will aid in their success as they embark on this new business endeavor together.”
