Ascend: The Executive Leadership Experience Grooms Next Generation of Brokerage Leaders

MADISON, N.J. - Jan. 26, 2018 // PRNewswire // - A class of 39 future real estate brokerage leaders graduated yesterday from Ascend: The Executive Leadership ExperienceSM, a leadership-specific program powered by Realogy (NYSE: RLGY) for current and future broker/owners who seek a smooth and profitable business succession process.

Ascend is an intensive 46-week program offered exclusively to Realogy brand-affiliated real estate brokerage owners to prepare the next generation of leadership to guide their businesses and to provide a foundation for the continued success of their agents.

This year's Ascend graduates, affiliated with Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, ERA®, Sotheby's International Realty® and Coldwell Banker Commercial® represent diverse market areas and company sizes from the United States and Canada.
